Clubhouse rental:
FEE: $75 a rental fee and a $250 refundable deposit for the clubhouse for 4 hours (each additional hour is $12.50 per hour), due and payable on or before 4:00 p.m. of the Friday immediately preceding the date of the planned function.
Capacity: 50 people.
Clubhouse Hours: 10 am to 10 pm.
Pool Parties: The cost to have a pool party is $50.00 for 3 hours. Pool parties may not be scheduled during weekends or holidays. Pool parties do not ensure exclusive access to the pool and may not interfere or annoy other residents that may be present.
The maximum is 25 guests. There must be 1 adult for every 5 children under the age of 13. Parties of over 10 teenagers or children will require a lifeguard.
